A. Kyle Johnson

Kyle Johnson acts as general counsel to a cross section of local businesses and entrepreneurs seeking counsel on matters that normally require a combination of financial and legal expertise, including business and estate planning. Kyle prefers to focus on those clients’ cases where his experience and that of his group will clearly add value. The representation of clients in large asset marital dissolution is another practice specialty. In addition, he continues to serve as an American Arbitration Association arbitrator and has been active on a number of panels during the year.
